Kiosk future

For the past four years the development of Kiosk has been my all consuming passion. Our organic growth was faster than anticipated and without the hard working staff and loyal customers we might still be seated under a giant umbrella heating ourselves with hot water bottles! The last seven months has seen a pretty monumental development in my family life that goes by the name of Ben. Having worked almost until bursting point some well needed time off from Kiosk duties was duly taken. While on maternity the business continued at pace and I was allowed (between feeds, sleeps and nappy changes) to take stock of what I wanted from Kiosk and from family life. Family has played a large role in getting Kiosk of the ground and to where it is today. The idea of enjoying food with family was central to my original ideas when starting out and many family members over the years have worked tirelessly cooking, serving, baking, cleaning and attempting to keep me sane when things are tough. After much deliberation, conversations with friends, family and people within the business community I have taken the decision reduce opening hours at Kiosk which will allow me to come back to work and spend as much time with my family as possible. This will however provide myself and the staff more time to plan exciting new menus with an emphasis on seasonal produce and the flavours you will know from Kiosk. We will also still be available for outside catering and the container will be available for party bookings. Over the last four years I have really appreciated the enthusiasm shown by all of our customers and Kiosk wouldn’t have gained the recognition and reputation it has without you. So thank you to everyone for your support. This will be a big change but also provides exciting opportunities for the future. Opening hours from 14th April 2016 Thursday-Saturday: 9:00 / 17:00 Sunday: 10:00 / 14:00 xbx
